DEI & Organizational Change Certificate
Our EIDA Center certification lasts 4 months, consisting of two 2-hour training sessions per month. This certification uses the cultural intelligence framework to increase executive leadership cross-cultural competence at the individual level and at the organizational level. This certification is for the leader of the future as a changing diverse workforce requires all employees to be able to manage and develop diverse people groups to increase innovation and creativity through structural, systemic, and leadership change management.
The Next Cohort Starts September 2023 and APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN. The application deadline is August 15, 2023.

Cost
The cost of the certification varies:
Group-Based certification provides more networking opportunities with a diverse group of candidates often increasing innovation and creativity as well as a group of networked practitioners and requires 2 separate 2 hour training time per month. Scheduling is based on collaboration between the EIDA Center availability and client availability || Total cost is $3,500-$5,000 dependent on race, gender, LGBTQ identity, household income, and if the employer organization is helping pay for the certification. The application will allow the program applicant an opportunity to request a cost assessment.
Cost-scaling and payment-plans are available upon request for racial minorities, women, non-profit and education sectors, varying size of the participating organization, household income for individuals
